This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs subscription refunds, cancellations, and disputes related to the Profits Funnel platform (“Service”).
1. 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a voluntary 14-day money-back guarantee for new customers to evaluate Profits Funnel risk-free.
Eligibility
Applies only to the first subscription purchase made by a new customer.
Does not apply to renewals, plan upgrades, add-on purchases, or additional accounts created by the same individual or entity.
Deadline
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days (336 hours) from the exact timestamp of the initial transaction.
Finality
After the 14-day period, all payments become strictly non-refundable.
2. Non-Refundable Costs & Exclusions
The following charges are non-refundable under all circumstances:
2.1 Usage-Based (Pay-As-You-Go) Fees
Any consumption-related charges, including but not limited to:
SMS, email delivery, and verification
AI engine usage
WhatsApp messaging
Phone numbers and voice services
Usage-based charges are incurred immediately upon use and are non-refundable once usage has occurred, regardless of subscription status or cancellation.
2.2 Payment Processing Fees
Payment processing fees charged by third-party processors (e.g. Stripe, PayPal) are not refundable. In the event of an approved refund, such fees may be deducted from the refunded amount.
2.3 Policy Violations
No refunds will be issued for accounts suspended or terminated due to:
Spam or unsolicited communications
Fraud, abuse, or misuse of the platform
Violations of the Acceptable Use Policy or applicable laws
3. Cancellation & Lifetime Price Lock Forfeiture
3.1 Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your billing dashboard.
To avoid the next billing cycle, cancellation must be completed at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
Cancellation terminates future access at the end of the current billing period.
3.2 Lifetime Price Lock
If your subscription includes a promotional Lifetime Price Lock, cancellation or payment failure results in the permanent forfeiture of that benefit.
Any future reactivation will be billed at the then-current standard pricing, regardless of previous promotions.
4. Refund Processing & Currency Considerations

A request is considered received only after you receive a confirmation or reply from our support team.
Method
Approved refunds are issued only to the original payment method used for the transaction.
Refunds cannot be transferred to third parties or alternative accounts.
Currency & Fees
Refunds are processed in the original transaction currency.
Profits Funnel is not responsible for currency exchange differences, international banking fees, or processor-imposed charges.
5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
We strongly encourage contacting our support team before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
Initiating a chargeback without first attempting resolution through support may be considered a violation of this policy.
In the event of a dispute, we reserve the right to submit relevant documentation (including usage logs, access records, and this policy) to the payment processor or issuing bank.
If a chargeback is deemed invalid or abusive, we reserve the right to recover any chargeback fees imposed on us by the payment processor.
6. Digital Services & Statutory Rights (EU Customers)
By purchasing and accessing the Service, you expressly consent to immediate performance of a digital service.
In accordance with EU consumer law:
You acknowledge that access to the Service constitutes immediate value delivery.
You agree to waive the statutory right of withdrawal once access has begun.
This does not affect your eligibility for the voluntary 14-day satisfaction guarantee outlined above.
7. Policy Modifications
The version of this policy in effect at the time of your transaction governs any refund or cancellation request related to that transaction. We reserve the right to update this policy at any time.
